Our People = Our Success
It’s often said but less frequently practiced: our people are the key to our success. We absolutely believe this and we do everything we can to make it a reality. With our employee engagement and support programs, we have created a great place to work where every team member knows they are connected and supported. As a result, our clients benefit from working with an award winning company and energetic, talented, and high impact teams.

CAREER AND ‘WHOLE PERSON’ DEVELOPMENT
We believe in playing to strengths. As a result, our personal development plans focus first on what we love doing and what we’re great at. We’re encouraged to dream big and are flexible enough to work together to “make it up and make it real.”
We also take a “whole person” approach to learning and offer regular mind, body and spirit learning opportunities through our Spirit 32 initiatives. Past modules have included mindfulness, naturopathic remedies, nutrition and stress management.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
We genuinely like hanging out together. A steady stream of fun events gives us that opportunity. Our main events include Thirsty Thursdays, Fun Days, our holiday party and semi-annual offsites.

CONTINUOUS LEARNING
We get exponential results when we bring the knowledge and experience of our team together to solve a problem or leverage an opportunity. We believe so strongly in shared learning that we’ve coined our own term, “Power of 32.” For those who work here, this means access to more smart minds when solving a problem. For clients, it means access to the latest thinking and frameworks across a range of industries and challenges.
We also have a formal university curriculum to keep our skill sets sharp and ensure our clients are benefiting from the most relevant tools and frameworks.

WE HELP OTHERS SUCCEED
All day, every day, this is what we’re here to do. It’s our purpose and it drives us. We never compromise on quality, we inspire new possibilities, and we truly care about our clients’ business and their success.
- We collaborate with the “Power of 32”
- We act with integrity and respect
- We exude positive energy
- We foster creative thinking
- We go above and beyond
- We practice diversity, equity, and inclusion.
