TORONTO – February 21, 2020 – For the fourth year in a row, Sklar Wilton & Associates, a leading Canadian marketing and research consultancy, was named an Employee Recommended Workplace badge winner by the Globe and Mail and Morneau Shepell. This award recognizes Sklar Wilton & Associates’ ongoing commitment to creating and growing a positive workplace culture.

The Employee Recommended Workplace Award recognizes excellence in achieving a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce by looking at four components of health – physical, mental, work, and life – and their impact on engagement and productivity. The focus includes helping employees improve their physical and mental well-being, build their own health awareness to make healthier choices, and manage personal, relationship, financial and other challenges.

“We know that creating a positive and healthy workplace has benefits for both our associates and our clients. It’s been a key component of our programs for many years,” said Sarah Liverance, Partner at Sklar Wilton & Associates. “Over the last year, we’ve really expanded our long-term commitment to mental health with the launch of our Headway for Healthy Minds at Work program. Not only does it help support our associates in leading happy and healthy lives, it also helps other companies do the same. That’s why we developed the Business Case for Healthy Minds at Work , the Resource Roadmap of Canadian Mental Health Organization, and the Employer Guide for an Integrated View of Mental Health.”

The Employee Recommended Workplace awards ceremony will take place on March 24, 2020 in Toronto at which category winners will be named.
