He earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2018 and since then, has continued his work on improved mental health which he advocates for as a lead on SW&A's Headway initiative. Outside of work, Mike is an avid sports fan and music lover.
David Catzman

David is passionate about creative problem-solving through collaboration. He loves simplifying complex business issues and using insights to drive strategy, ensuring the journey is as enjoyable and rewarding as the result. When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing a frustrating career as an amateur softball and basketball player.

Tiffany is an expert data detective with a passion for investigating complex problems and a keen eye for finding the right evidence to guide her clients toward sound business decisions. When she’s not solving data mysteries, you’ll find Tiffany playing softball or singing karaoke. On Mondays, she wears bowties.

Ashley is the operations go-to for IT, training, and communications. With a passion for processes, she actually enjoys policy and contracts!
